Refund Policy
Our refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive the goods. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for refunds
- The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- It must also be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or order confirmation) is required.
Partial refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Items with obvious signs of wear
- Items that are damaged or missing parts that are not due to our error

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email of its receipt and whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or missing refund
If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Exchange
